The National Confederation of Independent Transporters (CNTA), a union that brings together the independent truck drivers' unions, needed a tool to support transporters so they could practice their profession safely and with dignity. Materials such as manuals containing comprehensive information and legal support regarding transporters' rights were developed over a 20-year period.
