Strategic planning and implementation of marketing and technology initiatives, including brand repositioning and market segmentation. We developed the entire institutional communications line and created the "Ask for the Lion's Brand" positioning, aiming to strengthen the brand and differentiate it in the market, through campaigns in specialized media, POS, trade shows, and events. We worked together to create innovative product lines and developed creative and segmented communication lines for architects, retailers, and industries, seeking greater competitiveness against traditional national and multinational competitors. The result was a 25% increase in sales volume and third place in the Top Móbile Awards as the most desired brand in the category.
