Improve the quality of service and respective sales results in franchises.
Planning and development of distance training systems for the Boticário franchise network, where more than 15,000 salespeople and consultants received training in sales techniques, customer service, negotiation, product lines, and behavior. This project served as a model for disseminating knowledge throughout the network, streamlining the flow of information and reducing costs by more than 50% per event for the company and franchisees, compared to other traditional methods.
