Challenge

Develop and roll out, across Brazil, a project-management methodology for qualified entrepreneurs, using educational technology.

Solution

Creation of the "Sucesso na Gestão" virtual learning environment and a PMBOK-based project-management system, including content and curriculum development and delivery to over 5,000 participating entrepreneurs.

The legacy

The program formed a generation of small-business owners better prepared in project and financial management, with a methodology IEL kept as the basis for other initiatives.
