Aperte Aqui relationship program for the largest fastener industry in Latin America. Brand repositioning (previously solutions in fasteners, now Leader in Fasteners), market segmentation and definition of coverage strategies by segment. Within the program, a qualification program was created for all resellers in Brazil. The training included sales techniques, application of marketing and communication campaigns at the POS, incentive plan for salespeople, incentives for clerks, managers and owners, and brand communication with advertisements in specialized media. The result was an increase in sales volume, exceeding the sales target by 30%, a feat that had never been achieved in previous years.
